What Our Warranty Covers
This warranty guarantees coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

- Improper Care: Damage resulting from incorrect handling, storage, or maintenance.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear such as scratches, scuffs, or fading.
- Water Damage: Damage from water infiltration if the watch was not worn or maintained as per the manufacturer's water resistance guidelines.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by third-party repairs, modifications, or services.
- Consequential Loss: Incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of use or income.
- Battery Replacement: Unless related to a manufacturing defect and within the warranty period.
Warranty Service Process
- Contact Us: Initiate a warranty claim by reaching out to our customer service team via phone or email.
- RMA Number: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
- Return Shipping: Ship the timepiece securely to our service center following the provided instructions.
Our Commitment to You
For valid warranty claims, Carlisle Watch Co. will either repair or replace the defective timepiece with a comparable model. We will cover the cost of return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

- The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
