Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The watch must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (e.g., warranty card, manual).
  • Exclusions: Special orders, custom pieces, engraved items, and sourced watches are generally non-returnable. Please reach out for specific details or potential exceptions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Pack Securely: Repack the watch in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories are included. Securely seal the package and clearly label it with the RMA number.
  3. Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure and insured carrier such as FedEx.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items: Watches purchased on sale, during promotions, or marked as "Price on Request" are not eligible for returns.

  • Sourced Watches: All sourced timepieces are final sale and non-returnable.
